Michael Liskin
Michael is an applied social scientist and transformative leader who drives impactful changes with leaders of small & medium sized business and Fortune 100 enterprise organizations. With a focus on emotional intelligence and applied practical wisdom, he skillfully guides individuals and teams to surpass their goals.
As a Sr. Learning Manager (Sr. TDM) at GM’s Cruise, he coached & trained some of the most accomplished autonomous vehicle engineers of this generation, supporting their innovation at the only autonomous vehicle company with the ability to produce fully integrated self-driving cars at global manufacturing scale.
He excels in connecting with remote and hybrid teams, leveraging cutting-edge collaborative learning technologies and advanced communication methods to effectively engage and galvanize distributed workforces. As an alum of Interaction Associates he coaches professionals from a Facilitative Leadership perspective, drawing from their global, 55-year tenure creating fundamental models of group facilitation.
Upon the 2020 COVID-19 crisis, Michael jumped in to meet the unique challenges of online education that year, as well as informally educating over 50,000 adults through his Wisdom Emerging practical wisdom series. His ongoing work with enterprise-level organizations has evolved through his strategic partnership with Luman.io, by focusing on innovation, adaptation, and future-proofing the hybrid workplace.
Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric and Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Master's Degree in Communication from USC. He is a former facilitator for the Experiential Learning Center at USC’s Marshall School of Business and coach in their executive MBA program; Michael has lectured on Communication Technology and Rhetoric as an instructor at the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism.
Sergio E. Pinto
Sergio has a track record of transformative leadership and organizational success. Holding an Executive MBA from California State University Sacramento, his expertise in strategy, leadership development, and organizational design is further bolstered by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, focusing on human behavior and motivation.
Sergio's journey began in 1993 in Applied Behavior Analysis, leading to the co-founding of B.E.S.T. Consulting, Inc. in 2001, where he served as President for over two decades. Expanding his repertoire to include Organizational Behavior Management in 2005, Sergio offers a multidimensional approach to address challenges for businesses of all sizes, from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. As a founding partner of The Listo Group, he has redefined and set new standards for elevating leadership and organizational performance. His consulting expertise extends globally, earning recognition on national and international platforms for consistently delivering exceptional results with a focus on continuous growth.
He has played a key role in driving change across various industries, utilizing a collaborative systems-wide approach that empowers leadership, management, and front-line employees. Sergio has served on various boards and committees in the private and government sectors, actively contributing to individual organizations and industry advancements. His involvement in strategic planning provided innovative solutions for budgeting, early intervention, behavior services, and community integration.
